Samosa


Ingredients

4 whole chicken legs, cut into cubes

(remaining chicken bones to boil for a bit of stock)

½ kg. big onions cut into cubes

3 carrots, cubed

5 medium potatoes, cubed

wang sui ( coriander leaves )

5 green chilli sliced

Spices (All to be grounded)

2 tsp. jintan puteh halus (cumin seeds)

1 tsp. black pepper

1 cinnamon stick

8 cloves

Method

Fry onions

Add spices

Add chicken until tender

Add carrots, half way then add potatoes. Cook until soft

Add wang sui and chilli until soft and dry

Wrap filling in samosa wrapper

Finally deep fry until golden brown
