Orange Chiffon Cake

Ingredients :

6 eggs separated

1 freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tablespoons canola oil
6 tablespoon brown sugar

1 teaspoons baking powder
6 tablespoon sifted cake flour

1 cup of sliced almonds
1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar

Method :

Step 1 : Add the cream of tartar to the egg white

Step 2 : Beat the egg white until foamy & add the sugar 1 tablespoon at a time

Step 3 : Beat at high speed until soft peaks are form

Step 4 : Add in the egg yolks, orange juice, oil & vanilla extract

Step 5 : Fold gently all the ingredients together

Step 6 : Add the sifted flour mixture

Step 7 : Again fold in the flour gently

Step 8 : Greased a cake tin

Step 9 : Slowly pour the cake mixture into the cake tin

Step 10 : Sprinkle sliced almonds on the top
