Mango Pudding

Ingredients :
2 large sweet ripe mangoes
20 g gelatin
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups water
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 drops of yellow food color
Method :

Step 1 : Combine sugar and gelatin powder. Mix well and dissolve in a pot of cold water. Boil the sugar-gelatin mixture, stirring continuously until melted. Let it cool & set aside.

Step 2 : Cut mangoes & put them into a blender

Step 3 : Blend until smooth & fine

Step 4 : Add the evaporated milk

Step 5 : Blend again & pour into a large bowl

Step 6 : Once the gelatin mixture has cooled down, mix it with the mango puree

Step 7 : Scoop into individual containers & chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until it hardens
