Simple Chiffon

Ingredients :
6 eggs
6 tbsp self raising flour, sieved
6 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp corn oil
Method :
Preheat oven at 200C
Seperate the egg yolk & white
Add the sugar to the egg white
Whip till completely stiff
Add the oil & egg yolk & fold gently
Add the flour & fold all the ingredients well & gently
Pour into a chiffon cake tin
Sprinkle some sliced almonds on top
Bake for 25 mins
