Brownies
Ingredients :

- 250g butter
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup HERSHEY’S Cocoa
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped roasted pistachio & cashew nuts
Method :

Step 1 : Heat oven to 350°F & grease baking pan. Place butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH for 2 minutes or until melted.

Step 2 : Stir in sugar and vanilla.

Step 3 : Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Step 4 : Add cocoa; beat until well blended.

Step 5 : Add flour, baking powder and salt & beat well.

Step 6 : Pour in the chopped nuts.

Step 7 : Pour batter into prepared pan.

Step 8 : Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.

Sorry sweetie for not complimenting your baking and cooking often enough that when I do, you don’t even know it is me. And i was even using my own handphone to sms you! Okay realise now and will learn to be more appreciative. Anyway you can still count on the truth and nothing but the truth from me. Haha, keep up the good job and all the brownies are all gone now,with Michelle and I devouring them this afternoon. But don’t bake anymore for me lah cos i really need to lose some weight.
