Tuna Cutlet

Ingredients

2 kg russet potatoes
6 cloves of garlic
2 cans of  tuna chunks in water
2 eggs
1 tbsp of soft margarine

Method

 

STEP 1 : Peel & boil the potatoes in the water together with about 4 cloves garlics, until soft

STEP 2 : Spray abit of oil & roast about 3 cloves of garlic wrapped in aluminium foil in the oven
Wow! the aroma of roasted garlic is just fantastic!

 

STEP 3 : Remove the skin & any burnt parts of the roasted garlic

STEP 4 : Add the boiled potatoes, garlic, a tbsp of soft margarine & sprinkle  some pepper into a pot & mash them evenly

 

STEP 5 : Add the contents of the drained tuna chunks & 2 eggs in the mashed potato mixture

 STEP 6 : Mix everything thoroughly

 

STEP 7 : Place into baking dish & put it in the oven & baked until golden brown
