Chicken Meat Loaf

Ingredients:
1/2 kg (500 gm) chicken mince
3/4 cup to 1 cup sage & onion stuffing mix
1 egg (69gm size)
chicken stock cube
salt, pepper & worchestershire sauce to taste
Method
Combine mince, sage & onion stuffing, egg, stock cube, salt & pepper and dash of worchestershire sauce and mix thoroughly in mixer bowl.
Place in meat loaf tin and bake in moderate oven 180F for approximately 25-30 minutes or until cooked.
Note – salt is optional
